On June 1, the UM System Broadband Leadership Team, university researchers and community stakeholders convened to create a plan for bringing broadband to a pilot community, Bollinger County, MO.

The free, web-based resource will assist in the expansion of broadband and adoption of broadband-based applications in agriculture, business, education, government services and healthcare.
The Resource Rail includes research, community education and service projects related to broadband expansion and development of broadband-based applications involving UM System faculty and staff and hosts government, business and nonprofit resources related to broadband.
