Middle Mile Success Factors for Community Broadband

November 18, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Middle Mile Success Factors for Community Broadband

A necessary, but sometimes overlooked factor for success with any community broadband project is robust middle mile connectivity. Many funding opportunities today focus on the last mile, but there is no last mile connectivity to homes and businesses without middle mile to support it.

Failure to address middle mile connectivity can prevent a project from moving forward or disrupt the business case. Join Telecompetitor, Corning, and key industry thought leaders from ComNet, NRECA, and Black & Veatch for a roundtable discussion that explores the role of middle mile, its challenges, and the different approaches to solving them.
