FBA Presents – Demystifying BEAD and Building an Expert Team to Tackle the Process

May 7 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

As State Broadband Offices begin to transition from BEAD planning to execution, now is the time for fiber providers to determine next steps and start developing a strategy for pursuing funding. While it may seem daunting at first, having a team of experts to help simplify the process and provide support throughout will be key to overall success. This webinar will examine some of the key areas of focus that providers will need to consider as they develop a plan that aligns with their business goals. Our panelists have deep experience in their respective fields that will discuss identifying the most optimal BEAD locations for new builds and making the economics work, navigating the rules of the road when it comes to federal and state grant funding requirements, building a complete and compelling application, and engaging with the community and other stakeholders.
