Barry has worked in the IT field for over 37 years holding a wide range of technology leadership positions in the public and private sectors and was most recently the CIO for Chesterfield County, Virginia where he pursues initiatives based on digital transformation, open government, and citizen centricity. Under his leadership Chesterfield County was four times recognized as the #1 digital county in the USA.

Megan Olson

Sr. Content Marketing Manager, OpenGov

Megan Olson is the Senior Manager of Content Marketing for OpenGov, where she works with public sector agencies across the country to tell stories of innovation and transformation. This is her third year building and releasing OpenGov’s State of Local Government Survey.

Jennifer Amin

Director, Brand & Communications, OpenGov

Jennifer Amin is Director of Brand & Communications at OpenGov. She is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s branding and corporate communications strategy across press, brand design, social media, executive thought leadership, and more. Jennifer loves using data to tell stories and can’t wait to discuss this year’s findings.
